Join us.The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure. This role combines operational efficiency with a strong security mindset, ensuring that our platforms are reliable, compliant, and continuously improving. You will play a key role in shaping our cloud strategy, enhancing our CI/CD capabilities, and embedding security best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure Build and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and failover strategies to ensure business continuity Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi (existing knowledge of Terraform or similar also acceptable) Ensure infrastructure is version-controlled, reusable, and aligned with best practices Maintain and enhance existing pipelines in Azure DevOps Design and implement modern CI/CD workflows to improve build, test, and deployment processes Evaluate and lead potential migration to more mature or scalable tooling platforms Integrate security practices into all stages of the development and deployment lifecycle Manage and optimise vulnerability scanning tools and processes Analyse and prioritise security findings, working with teams to remediate risks Act as the primary liaison for external penetration testing providers and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with security standards and organisational policies
