Partner Connect Administrator

The Partner Connect Administrator will primarily support the development and administration of the Holman PartnerConnect System, maintain its adoption levels, and ensure effective communication and training regarding the system.ResponsibilitiesPrimary support resource for development and administration of the Holman PartnerConnect SystemMaintain Holman PartnerConnect adoption level and support system table updatesDaily review and maintenance of supplier activities in Holman PartnerConnectFunctions as SME in all facets of the Holman PartnerConnect systemDirects and hosts Holman PartnerConnect training requestsWorks directly with IT team in identifying and resolving defects and enhancements in Holman PartnerConnectWorks directly with database team to develop customized reportingPerform systems testing as requiredPerform all other duties and special projects as assignedProvide reporting on Holman PartnerConnect usage and approval percentageHandle day to day Holman PartnerConnect inquiries from vendor networkIdentify and implement process improvements in Intellifleet and Holman PartnerConnectSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceWorking knowledge of Business Objects applicationProficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)1-2 years' experience in Holman Fleet & Mobility or call centerUnderstanding of automotive repair industry processesExperience in interaction and negotiation with repair vendorsAdvanced competency in data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with Intellifleet and Holman PartnerConnect systemsCollecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful informationReviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and securityDemonstrates an understanding of Holman Fleet & Mobility business strategyStrong organization, analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skillsProactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritizationEffectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from managerAbility to recognize patterns and trends in large data setsDemonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and effectiveness in workDemonstrates attention to detail and commitment to doing quality workAdjusts quickly to new or changing assignments, processes and peopleDisplays professionalism and remains composed when faced with challengesLearns from experience; modifies behavior to be more effectiveRecognizes one's own strengths and opportunities for growthSolves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions and assesses each using standard proceduresApplies expertise to improve efficiency and accomplish objectives within own area of responsibilityUnderstands the key business drivers; uses this knowledge in own work.
