[Remote] Lifecycle Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the execution of email marketing campaigns and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive customer expansion initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, from planning through deployment and optimizationPartner closely with senior stakeholders across marketing strategy and growth to support customer expansion initiatives (cross-sell, upsell, lifecycle campaigns)Help transition email marketing operations in-house from external vendorsBuild and execute targeted, data-driven campaigns designed to increase engagement and revenue from existing customersCollaborate cross-functionally with strategy, product marketing, and analytics teamsSupport migration efforts from Marketo to Iterable (experience with either platform is welcome)Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns with a focus on automation and scalabilitySkillsProven experience owning the end-to-end creation and execution of email marketing campaigns (including build, QA, deployment, and performance analysis)Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and/or IterableBackground in customer lifecycle, retention, or expansion marketing (cross-sell/upsell experience strongly preferred)Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance metricsAbility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholdersComfort navigating evolving systems and processesCompany OverviewAddison Group specializes in filling company’s contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire positions with professional candidates.
