Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and online chat
Provide accurate and detailed information about admissions, programs, and enrollment deadlines
Assist students in the application process, ensuring they have all the tools and information needed
Record and track student data in CRM systems
Meet targets for outreach and communication within a remote team environment
Skills and Experience:
Residing in or near Newark, NJ
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
Familiarity with CRM software and online tools is a plus
Prior experience in customer service, admissions, or education is beneficial
