Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students through phone, chat, and email
Provide clear information about admissions processes, program options, and deadlines
Guide applicants step-by-step toward enrollment
Maintain accurate student records using CRM tools
Meet communication and outreach goals within a collaborative team environment
Ideal Candidate:
Resides in or near Cincinnati, OH
Friendly, articulate, and goal-oriented
Tech-comfortable and able to work independently in a remote setup
Background in admissions, advising, or customer service is a plus
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
