Responsibilities:
Provide personalized assistance to prospective students through phone, email, and online chat
Help students understand program options, deadlines, and the admissions process
Guide students through the application process, answering questions and offering support
Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions and data
Achieve outreach and conversion targets within a remote, team-based environment
Qualifications:
Must be located in or near Saint Paul, MN
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Prior experience in customer service, admissions, or education is advantageous
