Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from prospective students through phone, email, and online chat
Provide detailed information about programs, admissions, deadlines, and financial aid
Support students throughout the application process and answer their questions
Record and maintain student data using CRM tools
Meet outreach and enrollment targets as part of a remote team
Qualifications:
Must reside in or near Greensboro, NC
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Previous experience in customer service, admissions, or education is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English or other languages)
Experience with CRM systems
Prior remote work experience is a bonus
