**A Day in the Life of a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate**

As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll work a variety of shifts, including:

* Weekdays: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
* Weekends: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Your responsibilities will include:

* Answering phone calls from customers and technicians, providing prompt and professional support
