**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering after-hours phone calls and responding to customer needs through email
* Scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians
* Maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording services and account changes
* Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service and support during after-hours phone calls
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer needs in a prompt and professional manner
* Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and services provided
* Assist with other office duties as needed, such as data entry and filing
* Provide exceptional customer service and support during after-hours phone calls
* Collaborate with the on-call technician team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
**Requirements**
* Customer service experience
* Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
