Part-Time Virtual Executive/Personal Assistant for Busy Couple

We’re looking for a skilled, part-time Virtual Executive Assistant to support myself and my husband with personal and administrative tasks. Must have prior experience as an personal assistant to a leader or manager in a fast-paced environment. Hours & Rate: - Rate: $3–$5/hr - Hours: ~20–30 hours/month (may increase) - Trial: Paid trial period before ongoing work What We’re Looking For: - Excellent English skills (written & spoken) and understanding of American culture - Extremely organized, proactive, and self-sufficient — no hand-holding - Fast learner who quickly understands our needs and delivers well - Validates the direction of a task early to avoid mistakes or wasted time - Strong communicator — responsive, reliable, and provides regular updates - Tech-savvy: Google Docs/Sheets, email, calendars, phone calls, research, Instacart, AI tools like ChatGPT & Perplexity - Trustworthy with sensitive information - Good project management skills Example Tasks You Will Do: - Schedule and manage appointments (dentist, contractors) - Find recipes based on preferences & send to household staff - Order groceries via Instacart & compare pricing across stores - Cancel subscriptions & software apps, handle bank disputes - Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels) - Purchase gifts and manage invoice payments - Research products/software & create recommendation lists - Make follow-up calls to banks, insurance companies, and vendors - Ad-hoc tasks (basic book keeping, Canva design, data entry, LinkedIn messages, etc) - Find freelancers with specialized skills for certain tasks Apply tot his job
