Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage emails and schedule appointments.
Assist with contracts, quotes, and financial records.
Perform data entry and organize information in HubSpot.
Content and Communication:
Create engaging content for various platforms.
Conduct LinkedIn outreach and connect with new contacts.
Vendor Management:
Research and manage vendor relationships.
Handle procurement tasks as needed.
Project Assistance:
Support ad-hoc projects and ongoing initiatives.
Organize team events and client engagements.
Leadership Support:
Take notes and ensure organization for leadership meetings.
Facilitate clear communication within the team and with external partners.
Qualifications
Based in the DFW area, preferably in the Central Time Zone.
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.

Compensation And Benefits
