Part-Time Tele-Respiratory Therapist | TX

Opportunity Criteria Specialty:Respiratory Therapist (Telemedicine) - must have a current RRT license in the state of TexasAdditional licensure in the state of North Carolina and Iowa needed - or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.Candidate Type:RRTPrior Experience: +5 years; with critical care experienceEmployment Type:Part-time - W2 (No 1099)About the Opportunity:Ideal candidates embrace a team-based culture and innovation. Candidates should be proficient in all aspects of respiratory care including invasive and non-invasive ventilatory support from neonate to adult, including but not limited to:• Comfort in developing and documenting care plans• Knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics• Ability to work in emergent situations to support critically injured or ill patients• Understanding of pulmonary diagnostics of FENO, PFT and sleep disordersJob Responsibilities/Requirements:• Work from home with flexibility• Daytime/Nighttime 12hr telemedicine shifts• Minimum of 8-10 shifts per month and up to 3 shifts/week.• Minimum of an Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certified• Equal participation in holiday and weekend coverageAbout Beam Healthcare:Beam Healthcare is looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our growing team of providers, administrators, analysts & friends who share the vision of Healthcare Equality.
