**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Ticket Agent**: Greet and assist customers with the ticketing and baggage check-in process, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all.
* **Gate Agent**: Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, using computers to manage seat availability, gate announcements, and flight status.
* **Safety Conscious Behaviors**: Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others.
* **Baggage Handling**: Tag and handle baggage, performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts.
* **Operational Support**: Assist with operational tasks, such as operating jet ways, placing them in position prior to aircraft arrival, and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
