Part-Time Sales Assistant
Salary: $22-25 DOE
Check Off Your List (COYL) is hiring a remote Part-Time Remote Sales Assistant to support our exponential growth. This position supports the CEO and sales team. While we are remote, we can only hire in Florida, Maine, Ohio, or Texas.
COYL provides highly trained, remote professionals in bookkeeping, executive assistance, human resources, marketing, web design, and IT support on a pay-what-you-need model. We enable our clients to focus on what matters most their business.
Day-to-Day Tasks
• Assist sales team as they establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Create and edit proposals, agreements, and amendments as requested by sales team on an expedited timeline.
• Follow up on consultations and proposals by presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports to keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Assist sales team in achieving agreed upon sales goals.
• Monitor leads and push leads through the pipeline by following up or reminding sales team to follow up as outlined in the sales playbook.
• Respond to emails, text, messages, etc. on behalf of the sales team.
• Updating the sales data spreadsheet.
• Bi-weekly meetings with sales team.
• Other duties as assigned by the sales team.
Daily Expectations:
• All phone/e-mail inquiries addressed within 4 business hours.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner after establishing a realistic deadline.
