Part-Time Remote Litigation Briefing Attorney

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled briefing attorney to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The successful candidate will focus on appellate work, motion practice, and legal writing in support of our litigation team. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. Must be licensed in Texas. Responsibilities: • Draft appellate briefs, including briefs on the merits, responses, and replies • Prepare motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and other dispositive motions • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex issues • Assist with responses to opposing counsel's motions and briefs • Review trial court records and identify issues for appeal • Ensure compliance with appellate rules and filing deadlines Qualifications: • Texas bar license in good standing • Strong legal research and writing skills • Experience with appellate practice or complex motion work preferred • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Attention to detail and commitment to producing polished work product If you are a skilled legal writer with a passion for appellate advocacy and persuasive briefing, we encourage you to apply.
