Part-Time Remote Financial Data Intake Specialist

Learn more at www.dennisfinancialgroup.com. We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-facing Financial Data Intake Specialist to support our financial planning team. This remote, part-time role is ideal for professionals with a background in financial services who excel at client communication, data accuracy, and operational support. Key Responsibilities • Manage the collection of client financial data during initial and ongoing planning meetings via phone or web conferencing with the client • Understand and interpret client requests and financial documentation to ensure accurate intake • Review and/or enter client-submitted data into standardized forms for submission to the paraplanning team • Communicate effectively with the paraplanning team to ensure seamless data handoff and plan development • Maintain confidentiality and security of all client data in accordance with company policies • Represent Dennis Tax & Financial Group, its affiliates, and advisors in a positive and professional manner at all times • Attend scheduled meetings reliably and punctually • Perform other duties as required in a back-office support capacity Minimum Requirements • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing financial role (e.g., financial services, insurance, banking, loans, retirement planning) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Familiarity with financial terminology and retirement planning concepts • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Commitment to professionalism and client service • Available for client-facing web conferencing appointments beginning at 12:00 PM CST through 5:00 pm CST.
