We're seeking a reliable and focused Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. **Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
* Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible
* Using software to input, edit, save, and back up, and retrieve data
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of client information
* Regular communication with team members regarding data changes or updates
* Participating in team meetings and trainings
* Ensuring regular backups to prevent data loss
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proven data entry work experience
* Excellent typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidentiality and ability to maintain client information security
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
* Ability to work within a team and independently
* Strong communication and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data management software and systems
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration)
