[Remote] Tech Project Manager

The Tech Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring compliance with governance processes while managing project scope, timelines, quality, and budget.ResponsibilitiesCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsIdentifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilitiesEffectively applies company methodology and enforces project standardsCoordinates quality assurance proceduresProject risks & issues managementEnsures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyDevelops budget, provides monthly forecasting, and overall budget managementEnsures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for projectFollows up with customers, as necessary, regarding unpaid invoicesAssures project legal documents are completed and signedFacilitates team and customer meetings effectivelyHolds regular status meetings with project teamKeeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate newsEffectively communicates relevant project information to superiorsResolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashionUnderstands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfullyManages day-to-day customer interactionSets and manages customer expectationsDevelops lasting relationships with teammates that foster customer tiesCommunicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutionsBuilds a knowledge base of each customer’s business, organization, and objectivesEnsure cadence with business team leadership to ensure alignment with business goals, strategySkills3-5+ years hands-on project management experience requiredExperience managing projects in both waterfall and agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworksExceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environmentProven ability to manage key stakeholders while managing competing prioritiesStrong leadership skills including conflict/issue resolutionAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and written with customers, stakeholders, and senior leadershipAbility to work effectively with project resources across multiple departmentsSubstantial experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint & ProjectMicrosoft Office 365 experience is a mustBachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, Org.
