We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to support our business development efforts by preparing compelling and compliant proposals for federal, state, and local government contracts.Position: Part-Time Proposal WriterLocation: Remote (U.S.-Based Candidates Preferred)Hours: 10 hours per week (40 hours per month)Employment Type: W2, Part-TimeResponsibilities:Research and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and IDIQ contracts in the facilities maintenance and janitorial services sector.Develop well-structured, persuasive, and compliant proposals aligned with solicitation requirements.Collaborate with business development, subject matter experts, and leadership to refine proposal strategies.Ensure proposals meet compliance, formatting, and submission deadlines.Stay up to date with government procurement trends and best practices.Represent The CoBuilders at pre-bid meetings, when required.Manage physical submission of proposals by mail, ensuring all documents meet government agency standards.Respond to questions and clarifications regarding submitted proposals.Requirements:Proven experience in proposal writing for government contracts (federal, state, or local).Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and procurement processes.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.Experience with GSA schedules, IDIQs, BPAs, and GWACs is a plus.Ability to attend pre-bid meetings (virtually or in person, as required).Comfortable handling proposal submissions by mail if necessary.U.S. Citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. preferred.Why Join Us?Flexible, part-time hours (10 hours per week, 40 per month).Competitive benefitsOpportunity to grow with a scaling company in the government contracting space.Work remotely with a collaborative and mission-driven team.Apply Now!
