We are seeking an experienced Freelance Business Analyst with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and proven expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement operations, be fluent in English, and have experience working with international clients. This role may involve travel depending on project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during Dynamics 365 P2P implementation.Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for procurement processes.Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.Collaborate with procurement, finance, compliance, and IT teams to ensure system alignment with business goals.Provide expert input on best practices for procurement in the pharma industry, ensuring GxP compliance where necessary.RequirementsRequired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years of Business Analysis experiencePrior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a mustProven track record of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Procure-to-Pay) implementation.In-depth understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, requisition-to-payment lifecycle.Experience working with global teams and international clients.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Willingness to travel internationally based on project needsThis is a role for a freelance (independent) consultant.
