Part-Time Project Assistant Supervisor (Evening/Weekend)

The part-time weekend supervisor role at Mathematica involves overseeing telephone interviewers in the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to ensure adherence to policies and productivity. This position requires handling managerial responsibilities during evening and weekend shifts, providing training and coaching, and assisting with project management tasks.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Monitor telephone interviewers to answer questions and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

ā¢ Handle 'manager on duty' responsibilities during evening and weekend shifts, including opening or closing the SOC.

ā¢ Answer phones and conduct interviews with respondents as needed when other staff are unavailable.

ā¢ Provide ongoing training and coaching to interviewers.

ā¢ Assist with assigning interviewers to projects during shifts.
,
ā¢ Review project production and quality reports, reporting findings back to supervisors, and assisting with project performance forms.
Requirements
ā¢ High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).

ā¢ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

ā¢ Six months of experience working in a survey call center, or equivalent education and work experience.

ā¢ Availability to work 16+ hours a week, including Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday.

ā¢ Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in handling multiple desktop applications.

ā¢ Bilingual Spanish required.
