Part-time Or Full-time Virtual Assistant with SEO skills preferred & Reddit Marketing

We are in search of a part-time Or full-time Virtual Assistant to assist with various tasks, starting as soon as possible. The job requirements are detailed below:
- You MUST be honest, trustworthy, and a quick learner.
- Responsibilities include data entry, specifically entering orders into our CMS.
- Managing client emails.
- Making outbound calls to clients. You will need a fast computer free from viruses, a high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 90 Mbps, and a quality headset to ensure Skype conversations are clear and uninterrupted.
- Secretarial tasks, such as helping with scheduling appointments and conducting internet research.
- Your data entry accuracy must be 100%. We do not tolerate errors.
- You must be available to work part-time Or full-time, Monday to Friday. You will have the flexibility to choose your schedule within the 9 AM to 1 AM EST time frame; however, once a schedule is agreed upon, it must remain consistent daily. You are also required to be logged into the Upwork team application during your shift.
- We expect no excuses for sick days, lateness, or for power/internet interruptions. If you have a constant history of any of these, please do not apply. We require a doctor's note for sick days and verification from your internet/power provider for any service disruptions. Additionally, be aware that we will verify the authenticity of these documents with doctors, hospitals, electric companies, internet companies, and other relevant entities.
- Fluency in English is required.
- You must be able to complete tasks swiftly and efficiently. We review all Upwork work diary screenshots to ensure you meet our standards.
- You must not be engaged in another job while employed with us.
- Installation of the free AnyDesk software on your PC is required, allowing us to log in at any time during your work hours for monitoring purposes. Make sure you are comfortable with this.
- This position is offered initially as a one-year contract starting from the date you begin. However, it is our intention for this role to be a long-term, permanent position, extending for many years, contingent upon performance and mutual agreement.
- If you have SEO or Reddit Marketing skills, it would be great but not necessary.
