Job Summary As a Customer Service Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service to our clients through online chat channels. You'll work closely with our team members to ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify areas for improvement. This is an entry-level opportunity, and we're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from a home office.
