**The Role**
We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the lifespan of their projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities with ease
* Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that every customer concern is addressed promptly and effectively
* Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that every customer interaction meets our high standards
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High school graduate or G.E.D.
* Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Ability to pass a background check
