About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team, working remotely and earning a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35. As the face of arenaflex, you will make positive interactions with our clients every day, from organizing exceptional travel or lifestyle experiences to assisting them with their daily needs. Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex products Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex services Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment Record important record data according to established policies and procedures Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+) Ability to work in a speed-measured environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic setting High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment Knowledge of data entry software and systems Experience working with clients in a variety of industries and sectors Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
