Part-Time Meta Ads & Lead Coordinator (Remote) The Connect Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio focused on thoughtful movement, community, and long-term sustainability. We are seeking a part-time Ads & Lead Coordinator to manage simple, conversion-focused Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads that bring new clients into the studio. This role is intentionally small and focused. We run one ad at a time and prioritize clarity over complexity. This is not a social media or content creation role. Primary Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize Meta lead or conversion ads Monitor ad spend and performance Ensure leads flow correctly into our booking system Momence Maintain a simple Google Sheet tracking: Leads generated Intro sessions booked Provide a brief weekly summary including: Cost per lead Bookings generated Suggested next steps Flag high-intent leads for follow-up by our studio manager This Role Is NOT Social media posting Reels or content creation Brand or aesthetic strategy Influencer or organic marketing This role is about leads, bookings, and clarity. Qualifications Experience running Meta ads with measurable lead or booking results Comfortable interpreting ad metrics and simplifying insights Organized, reliable, and self-directed Strong written communication skills Familiarity with Momence helpful Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 6 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
