Part Time Marketing Coordinator (Real Estate)

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties is seeking a motivated Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives for their real estate business in Bozeman. This role offers hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, and brand visibility, with opportunities to grow into a licensed real estate role over time. Responsibilities Execute marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, arenaflex, arenaflex, and email Create social content, captions, hashtags, and assist with light video editing Support listing, open house, event, and brand marketing Plan, schedule, and manage consistent content posting Assist with CRM organization and email marketing campaigns Track engagement and performance metrics and suggest optimizations Coordinate marketing for listings, events, and promotions Collaborate with the agent and external partners as needed Opportunity to host open houses once licensed (some weekends required) Skills Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing Strong writing and copy skills Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently after training Interest in real estate and future licensure Local to Bozeman and available for some in-person work Experience with Canva; basic video editing preferred Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Bonus points for a sense of humor Benefits Quarterly performance-based bonus Flexible schedule Direct mentorship Company Overview BHHSMT is a home services.
