Senior Product Manager Private Wireless Access

About the position Responsibilities • Coordinate the development and implementation of wireless access products within the US Domestic market. • Focus on TPV access replacement strategies. • Drive the adoption of wireless technology by customers. • Track operational and financial benefits of wireless access solutions. • Define customer requirements for the streamlined wireless access offering. • Create a single Go To Market strategy across multiple product development teams. • Work with Business Transformation and Sales to promote Verizon Wireless access. • Set up consistent reporting on wireless access installed base customers, migrations, and churn. • Recommend new terms and conditions for Ethernet Access to align with future wireless access solutions. • Evaluate combined wireline and wireless managed access solutions. • Author collateral, FAQs, white papers, and presentations. • Interact with senior level executives and customers to align Verizon strategy with customer objectives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Six or more years of relevant experience. • Strong product intuition and user empathy. • Experience with understanding enterprise customer insights and market trend analysis. • Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping or analytics. Nice-to-haves • Experience in operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand. • Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope. • Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making. • Deep knowledge of industry leading FWA solutions and automation. • Broad understanding of Verizon domestic and global product offerings.
