Part Time Locums Telehealth - Hormone Replacement - Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
Looking for candidates with multiple state licenses (MI, CA, TX, FL, TN not needed at this time)
Specialty: Primary Care – Telehealth (Hormone replacement therapy)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: On going
Shift Details: Flexible (Can work around the providers schedule)
Schedule: 3 days a week to start approximately 2-3 hours a day.
Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Available for phone/video consults with flexible schedule. Can work around the providers schedule.
o Need 24-48 hour turn around from scheduling to consult
o Each visit last between 15-20 min.
o Full hormone panel and blood work will be done prior to consult visit
· Patients per day: Varied
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Department description: Telehealth
· EMR: Proprietary
Practice Setting:
• Telemedicine
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BE or BE accepted
· License required: Multiple state licenses (as many as possible) Nation wide opportunity
· Certifications preferred: Member of World Link Medical is a plus
· Minimum experience required: Open to new grads
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
