Part-Time Live Chat Support Representative

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Live Chat Support Representative to join our team and assist our customers in real-time.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
ā¢ Assist authors and publishers with questions related to the IngramSpark platform, including account setup, publishing processes, and distribution options.
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and support processes.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and share insights on common inquiries.
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat environment.
ā¢ Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
ā¢ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Familiarity with publishing processes and terminology is an advantage.
ā¢ Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant tools.
