Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
⢠Assist with preparing and reviewing title opinions, title commitments, and closing documents
⢠Coordinate scheduling for closings, ensure document accuracy, and follow up on post-closing tasks
⢠Handle billing, invoicing, and file tracking in coordination with attorneys and clients
⢠Maintain communication with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and clients
⢠Support light marketing efforts, including follow-up emails, materials prep, and social media assistance
⢠Help maintain organized digital and physical files in compliance with legal standards
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
⢠Prior experience in a title company, law office, or real estate closing environment preferred
⢠Knowledge of real estate law, title work, or closing procedures is a must
⢠Comfortable working independently and remotely when needed
⢠Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
⢠Familiar with software like Qualia, SoftPro, or similar platforms (required)
