- Handle inbound/outbound calls with potential customers to verify and document required information
- Accurately document information and non-contact attempts
- Explain the application process to potential customers
- Complete additional paperwork when necessary
- Maintain communication with supervision
- Transfer calls to appropriate department
- Meet departmental key performance indicators (K.P.I's)
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Outgoing and hardworking individual
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Detail-oriented
- Positive and helpful attitude with customers
- Ability to gather information quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work assigned shift
- Full-time or part-time availability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service role
- Knowledge of insurance industry
- Previous experience with verification or documentation
- Strong organizational skills
