Part-Time / Freelance Accountant (Monthly Bookkeeping & Payroll Calculation)
Responsibilities:
• Handle monthly bookkeeping for the company, including income, expenses, and operating costs
• Calculate and reconcile monthly payroll, including base salary and commissions/bonuses (if applicable)
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports, such as monthly income & expense summaries
• Ensure financial records are accurate, well-organized, and completed on time
• Coordinate with tax accountants or support tax filing preparation when needed
Requirements:
• Background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or QuickBooks
• Experience with small businesses or e-commerce companies is a plus
• Reliable availability and able to work on a recurring monthly basis
Work Arrangement:
• Remote-friendly with a fixed monthly workload
• Part-time or freelance collaboration
• Long-term cooperation preferred
Compensation:
• Monthly payment, rate negotiable
• Compensation will be based on workload and experience
