Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical strategy and architecture blockchain infrastructure
• Oversee the development and implementation of our AI and gaming technologies
• Guide the technical team in building scalable and secure decentralized solutions
• Establish technical standards and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with other co-founders to align technical direction with business goals
• Make key technical decisions regarding platforms, tools, and frameworks
• Manage and mentor the technical team while fostering innovation
Required Skills And Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
• Extensive experience with blockchain technology and Web3 development
• Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their practical applications
• Proven experience in gaming technology and development
• Track record of leading complex technical projects and teams
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity and cryptography principles
• Experience with scalable distributed systems and cloud architecture
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as a technical co-founder or CTO
• Experience in developing blockchain solutions
• Knowledge of educational technology and learning platforms
• Published research or patents in relevant technical fields
• Active participation in technology communities and conferences
Compensation
