Job Overview:
Provide one-on-one tutoring to first-grade students in math, English language arts, reading, and writing
Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and our office team to ensure seamless support and progress tracking
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including progress reports and student feedback
Responsibilities:
Prepare engaging and effective lesson plans for each tutoring session
Provide regular progress reports to our office and families within 24 hours of each session
Balance tutoring hours and prioritize student needs to ensure optimal support
Respond to student and parent inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field, with a preference for tutoring or teaching experience
Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts in math, English language arts, reading, and writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
Reliable transportation, current car insurance, and access to a computer, internet, and smartphone
