Part Time Executive Assistant with Quickbooks Skills
Job Summary

Peace by Piece International is partnered with nearly 30 underserved communities around the globe to create purposeful and meaningful gifting experiences for corporations and foundations. We are growing and need to expand our support team. It's fun and rewarding work. You would directly supporting the CEO/Founder and the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Ā Look after the details! And there are many due to the number of partnerships and clients we have.
Ā Provide bookkeeping assistance including creating purchase orders, invoices, and receiving payments all through Quickbooks Online.
Ā Support marketing & sales with followup email and scheduling of zoom meetings and events.
Ā Assist in project coordination by tracking progress and deadlines.
Ā Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Ā Support office management tasks to ensure a smooth operational flow.
Skills
Ā Skilled in Quickbooks Online.
Ā Proficient in Outlook and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Ā Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Ā Familiarity with administrative processes and best practices in office management.
