Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Annandale Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and friendly image for our center, greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct telephone calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely delivery
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel, providing exceptional customer service
Operate paging/telephone system as required, and provide administrative support as assigned
Participate in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain licensure and enhance quality of care
Maintain and work within established departmental, center, and home office policies and procedures
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required
Previous receptionist experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
