* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, demonstrating your creativity and proactive approach to recruitment.
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, showcasing your ability to think critically and drive positive change.
* Managing notices in different job portals with which we work, evaluating candidates who apply to them, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open, leveraging your expertise to find the best talent.
