Telecom Consultant
Role: Telecom Consultant
Location : Remote - US
We are looking for a very senior resource with min 10+ years of experience working with Global Telcos , with special emphasis on BPx , business analysis , requirements capture, solution design and performance improvements, while delivering technology transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Strategic alignment of corporate strategy with technology initiatives
ā¢ Develop enterprise architecture frameworks including OSS/BSS
ā¢ Collaborate with executives and technical teams
ā¢ Conduct digital maturity assessments
ā¢ Support digital transformation programs
ā¢ Define end-to-end telecom solutions
ā¢ Requirements gathering and customer journey mapping
ā¢ Support presales and RFP responses for pitching to client CxOs
Skills & Competencies
ā¢ Strong telecom domain understanding
ā¢ Enterprise Architecture frameworks: TOGAF, TM Forum- ODA principles and frameworx
ā¢ Analytical and solutioning skills
ā¢ Consulting and stakeholder engagement
ā¢ Experience in BSS/OSS and digital channels
ā¢ Experience in understanding of telecom technologies.
ā¢ Strong communication and presentation skills
