**Job Summary**
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist (Remote), you will play a critical role in supporting careerzynith's clients by accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems. This is a 3-4 month contract opportunity, with the potential to extend or lead to a permanent position. You will work remotely, with the flexibility to work from home or in our office, depending on the client's requirements.
**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist (Remote), your key responsibilities will include:
* Entering client employee payroll information and personal employee data into databases in a timely and accurate manner
* Updating client and company-level information, such as delivery addresses and contact information, to maintain accurate account records
* Inputting State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes
* Working with clients to resolve any data entry-related issues or discrepancies
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies and procedures
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
**Schedule and Compensation**
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist (Remote), you will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with the flexibility to work from home or in our office. Your hourly pay rate will be $16 to $21, based on your experience.
