**Responsibilities**

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you will be the face of arenaflex in our online chat platform, engaging with customers and representing our clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a helpful bonus
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
* Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily
* Attend 4 weeks of training (Tuesday - Saturday, 10AM - 6:30PM CST)
* Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
* Be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
* Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor
