**Essential Qualifications:**

* 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media marketing
