**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, helpful, and resolves the customer's issue efficiently.
* Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity, account access, and other basic technical issues.
* Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of complex issues.
* Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

**Schedule**

Our part-time, remote position offers a flexible schedule that fits around your life. You'll work:

* Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
* Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.
* Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting, to effectively resolve customer issues.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* A reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home, as well as a quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions.
* Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
