We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Board Members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing inboxes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Board's activities.
In this part-time role (18 hours/week), you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office, with the expectation of attending Board meetings and other pre-planned in-person meetings. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly will make you a valuable asset to our team.
As a trusted advisor to our senior leaders, you will draw on your proven experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) at a senior level. Your expertise in board structures and governance procedures will be essential in this role. You will be the professional face of our leadership team, representing them with energy, integrity, and an approachable attitude.
