**Key Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Perform order entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency**: You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient orders into our electronic medical records system.
* **Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing**: You will work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to ensure that medications are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner.
* **Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient and client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner**: You will be the first point of contact for our patients and clients, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and responding to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Triage customer service requests, prioritizing urgency and information/response required**: You will be responsible for triaging customer service requests and prioritizing them based on urgency and the information/response required.
* **Calculate and verify correct dosages based on prescriptions**: You will be responsible for accurately calculating and verifying the correct dosages of medications based on prescriptions.
* **Assist in reviewing narcotic prescriptions and ensuring timely processing**: You will assist in reviewing narcotic prescriptions and ensuring that they are processed in a timely manner.
* **Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records**: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including patient demographics, medical history, and medication lists.
