Part-Time Billing & Patient Support Coordinator (Remote – Mental Health / Telehealth)

This is a hands-on patient-facing role — perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, explaining things clearly, and helping them feel reassured. You’ll be: • Calling patients regarding billing or payment questions • Following up on declined cards or insurance issues • Helping calm and guide patients who are confused or frustrated • Logging updates and coordinating with our billing and clinical teams This role also provides light administrative and clinical coordination support (scheduling, patient reminders, provider communication) as needed.
