Job Description:
SUNY Broome Community College is seeking qualified candidates for part-time adjunct instructor in the Clinical Laboratory Department to teach Clinical Laboratory Technician and Histological Technician lectures and labs offered in an online format.
Applications for Adjunct Instructor positions are accepted on a continuous basis. Candidates are contacted and hired as opportunities arise, depending on the college's needs.
Requirements:
ā¢ A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field is required.
ā¢ American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification and/or NYS license is required.
ā¢ Teaching and or clinical experience working with students is highly desired.
ā¢ Applicants should be comfortable in the learner-centered classroom and have a strong commitment to the community college mission.
ā¢ Must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship.
Additional Information:
Offers of employment will be conditional based upon the results of a satisfactory, required pre-employment Standard Background Check.
