Essential Responsibilities: Maintaining accounts receivable by posting payments, answering customer questions and making collection calls; Maintaining accounts payable by ensuring timely recording and payment of invoices, confirming validity of the liability and gathering appropriate signatures; Updating financial records via accounting software; Reconcile bank accounts; Update vendor information; Review data to ensure that proper procedures are being followed; Identify and resolve financial discrepancies; Utilize database management systems to maintain up-to-date record keeping of financial documents; Other duties as assigned.
