The Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Privacy and Responsible Technology Division as a Paralegal to support their growing litigation docket. The role involves providing day-to-day litigation support, managing case files, and performing administrative duties as required by attorneys. Responsibilities Tracking and organizing discovery and court filings Drafting case materials Cite checking, formatting, and finalizing legal memoranda Compiling evidence and exhibits Performing other duties as requested by attorneys Organizing files Trial support Indexing and record-keeping Coordinating with enforcement partners Document filing Scheduling General office support Skills Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or an equivalent combination of related education and/or relevant experience is required Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and possess the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines, and the ability to follow through with oral and written instructions are essential Excellent oral and written communication skills A high level of proficiency with data analysis, technology and computers, especially word processing and spreadsheet software, is preferred Benefits This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which may include some telework days.
