PARALEGAL - IMMIGRATION, PART-TIME, REMOTE

We are currently seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal to join our dedicated legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law and a passion for supporting clients through their immigration journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, ensuring compliance with current regulations and deadlines;
• Draft legal documents, including affidavits, motions, and client correspondence;
• Conduct thorough research on immigration laws and procedures;
• Manage client communications and provide updates regarding case progress;
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies and gather necessary documentation for cases.

Experience and Hard Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in immigration law;
• Proficiency in filing various immigration applications, such as family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, and naturalization applications;
• Familiarity with immigration software and case management systems.

Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
• Exceptional communication abilities and a candid approach to client interactions;
• Proactive critical thinker, capable of identifying issues and solutions;
• A collaborative team player who takes ownership of tasks and meets deadlines;
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently under shifting priorities.

Technology Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Required);
• Experience with immigration case management software is (Preferred).

Job Type:
